Foam glass characteristics

THERMAL INSULATION

The structure of A-GLASS foam glass consists of a large number of air-filled glass cells. This structure perfectly prevents penetration of outside high or low temperatures into the insulated parts of the building
FIRE-RESISTANT MATERIAL
A-GLASS foam glass is non-flammable; the softening point is more than 700°C. The certification combustibility grade is A1.
.

HIGH COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH

A-GLASS foam glass is created by a large amount of glass bridges. Such a structure ensures high compressive strength and shape stability. During compacting the material creates a high load-bearing compact layer of thermal insulation.
RECYCLABLE

A-GLASS foam glass is made of 100% recycled glass pieces. A-GLASS can be recycled repeatedly. It is one of very few easily recyclable thermal insulation materials which can be transferred into first-rate thermal insulation material – the glass foam.

LOW DENSITY

The structure of A-GLASS foam glass consists of a large number of air-filled glass cells. This structure perfectly prevents penetration of outside high or low temperatures into the insulated parts of the building.

NON-TOXIC AND ECOLOGICAL

A-GLASS foam glass is non-toxic; it does not excrete any harmful chemical substances. The foam glass is 100% recycled and it does not contain any harmful chemical compounds..

HIGHLY RESISTANT
A-GLASS foam glass is highly resistant. It is produced of 100% recycled glass containing no harmful substances (according to the elution test). A-GLASS foam glass does not support the growth of mould or other microorganisms or bacteria. It is also insect and vermin resistant.

STABLE

A-GLASS foam glass is dimensionally stable. Unlike other thermal insulation materials it does not change its technical parameters over time.
